What am I looking at on the homepage?
Today’s community specials — weeks free and similar deals on market-rate homes. You’ll see base rent, required fees when we can verify them, and the special language with a source. If the official total isn’t clear, we say “confirm with leasing” instead of guessing.
Are specials guaranteed?
No. Many specials are limited to select homes, lease terms, or move-in dates. We quote the source and expiry when we have them and flag anything that still needs leasing confirmation.
If I want additional savings, what happens?
Work with me. After the community’s published special, some qualifying deals may allow additional savings when the community pays a locator commission. We never invent or promise a fixed dollar amount up front — that depends on the actual transaction.
Is the 3D tour the exact apartment?
Often it’s the floor plan, not that exact unit. Every card should say when the tour is plan-level.
What’s “Open 3D” / plan≠unit?
Open 3D opens an interactive tour. When you see plan≠unit, it’s the floor-plan tour, not a scan of that exact unit number.
What apartments are included?
Market-rate only. No essential, workforce, AMI, income-restricted, or income-qualified inventory.

What happens after I submit?
Your request goes to the Locator Lab inbox. A reply may be drafted, checked by Lab PM, and stamped by Chief of Staff before a person sends it. There is no automatic real-lead reply.
